Fun, full-on and rewarding!! The self-defence/boxing/kick-boxing course that Alex runs for a group of teens including my two sons and daughter are brilliant, Alex is well organised and knowledgable and as a result, the kids are motivated to learn useful life skills as well as increase their fitness and discipline. They are happy and exhausted at the end of every session!!
“I trained with Alex for just over a year in 2013. After a few months I was the fittest I have ever been in my life and also had so much more energy, strength and stamina. It really helped with my work as a photographer too. Unfortunately after a shoulder injury I had to stop training. I first started training with Alex in 2012, sharing PT/Boxing sessions with a friend. I already had a decent level of fitness but Alexs’ sessions were amongst the hardest training I have ever done. I thoroughly enjoyed every session, learning new skills and difficult combinations. In addition I also had fun! My fitness level definitely reached a new high. Both my kids (11 and 14) have started training with Alex in his kickboxing sessions. They really enjoy it and look forward to the classes every Wednesday, which are varied, technical and leave them exhausted.
