Cardio kickboxing Training
This training is designed to build fitness using conditioning techniques and basic striking combinations drawn from boxing and Muay Thai, they are guaranteed to dramatically increase cardiovascular fitness, build lean muscle and tone every area of the body. The training is physically demanding, but all fitness levels are welcome. Most of all, each session will deliver a stress-busting and fun workout.
I am a certified England boxing coach with 20 years of experience in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing). I visit Thailand once a year to hone my skills under the tutelage of some of the best Thai boxers in the world.
If you are unable to attend my current groups why not organise your own small private group.
